Assegni di studio per merito e reddito "L. Vagni"

Il servizio è rivolto agli studenti residenti a Gambara che hanno frequentato il terzo anno della Scuola Secondaria di Primo Grado e iscritti alla Scuola Secondaria di Primo Grado e iscritti allla Scuola Secondaria di Secondo Grado.

Who it is intended for

The service is intended for students residing in Gambara who have completed the third year of lower secondary school and are enrolled in upper secondary school.

Vista la determinazione dirigenziale RG n. 207 del 31/07/2026 con la quale è stato approvato lo schema del presente avviso pubblico.

In esecuzione al regolamento per l’assegnazione di assegni di studio per studenti licenziati dalla scuola secondaria di primo grado e alla deliberazione della Giunta Comunale n. 98 del 21/07/2026 è istituito un bando pubblico per il conferimento di assegni di merito e reddito per uno stanziamento complessivo di € 3.000,00 agli studenti gambaresi.

1 – REQUISITI

Possono concorrere gli studenti:

• residenti nel Comune di Gambara alla data di pubblicazione del bando;
• che abbiano frequentato nell’anno scolastico 2025-2026 il terzo anno della Scuola Secondaria di Primo Grado dell'Istituto Umberto Allegri di Gambara, oppure altra scuola statale e/o non statale a condizione che sia legalmente riconosciuta e parificata;
• che abbiano una media non inferiore a 8/10;
• che siano iscritti alla scuola secondaria di secondo grado per l’anno scolastico 2026-2027;

2 – TERMINI E MODALITÀ DI PRESENTAZIONE DELLE DOMANDE

La domanda di partecipazione deve essere presentata, a pena di esclusione, entro e non oltre le ore 12.00 del giorno 30 Settembre 2026 esclusivamente in modalità online compilando il modulo presente al seguente link:

Dovranno essere allegati i seguenti documenti:

• copia di un documento d’identità in corso di validità del richiedente (del genitore in quanto il/la figlio/a è minorenne o chi ne fa le veci);
• pagella scolastica finale dell’anno scolastico 2025/2026;
• copia dell’attestazione ISEE in corso di validità;
• dichiarazione iscrizione al primo anno della scuola secondaria di secondo grado;

3 – MODALITÀ DI ASSEGNAZIONE DEGLI ASSEGNI

La graduatoria, come da regolamento, sarà stilata in base alla somma del punteggio proveniente:

• per il 50% dalla valutazione-media dei risultati scolastici riportati nell’anno di riferimento, dando la preferenza ai risultati più alti;
• per il 50% dal reddito della famiglia di appartenenza dando la preferenza ai redditi più bassi, da assegnarsi in base alla seguente tabella, calcolato secondo i criteri definiti dalle disposizioni vigenti in materia di ISEE conformemente a quanto previsto dall’art. 3 del vigente regolamento degli assegni di studio in oggetto;

Lo stanziamento complessivo pari ad € 3.000,00 non potrà essere superato (salvo incremento con economie provenienti dagli altri bandi). Il singolo assegno non può superare l’importo di € 250,00. Gli assegni di studio verranno quindi assegnati “a riparto” con metodo proporzionale decrescente in base al numero delle domande con arrotondamento in eccesso utilizzando la seguente formula:

importo assegno = 250,00 x (punteggio studente/punteggio del primo in graduatoria)

Nel caso di uguale punteggio avrà priorità:

• chi ha conseguito maggior punteggio nella voce del merito;
• in caso di ulteriore parità lo studente anagraficamente più giovane;

In caso di superamento dell’importo dello stanziamento pari a € 3.000,00 l’importo dei singoli assegni verrà riparametrato proporzionalmente in misura percentuale.

In caso di domande in numero inferiore rispetto al budget e quindi di economie queste potranno essere o distribuite in misura percentuale proporzionalmente sulle domande presentate oppure utilizzate per finanziare altri bandi come previsto dalla Giunta Comunale (delibera giuntale 98/2026).

4 - CONTROLLO DELLA VERIDICITÀ DELLE DICHIARAZIONI

Prima di procedere alla liquidazione delle borse di merito, verrà verificata la correttezza e la veridicità delle dichiarazioni rese nella domanda di partecipazione dai dichiaranti risultati vincitori.

5 - TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI

I dati personali trasmessi dai concorrenti saranno trattati dal Comune di Gambara ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo n. 196/2003 (Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali) e sue successive modifiche ed integrazioni nonché del Regolamento UE 2016/679 (Regolamento Generale sulla Protezione dei Dati o, più brevemente GDPR).

7 – PUBBLICAZIONE

La graduatoria e il riferimento dei beneficiari (numero di protocollo rilasciato in sede di domanda) sarà pubblicata all’Albo Pretorio on-line del Comune di Gambara per 15 giorni consecutivi.

Having regard to Management Determination RG No. 207 of 31/07/2026, approving the draft of this public notice.

Pursuant to the regulation governing the allocation of study grants to students who have graduated from lower secondary school, and pursuant to Municipal Council Resolution No. 98 of 21/07/2026, a public call for applications is hereby established for the awarding of merit- and income-based study grants to students residing in Gambara, with a total budget of €3,000.00.

1 – REQUIREMENTS

Students who meet the following requirements may apply:

• be resident in the Municipality of Gambara on the date of publication of this notice;
• have attended, during the 2025–2026 school year, the third year of lower secondary school at the Umberto Allegri Institute in Gambara, or at another state or non-state school, provided that it is legally recognized and officially accredited;
• have achieved an average grade of at least 8/10;
• be enrolled in upper secondary school for the 2026–2027 school year.

2 – DEADLINE AND PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS

Applications must be submitted, under penalty of exclusion, no later than 12:00 noon on 30 September 2026, exclusively online by completing the form available at the following link:

The following documents must be attached:

• a copy of a valid identity document of the applicant (the parent, as the child is a minor, or the child's legal representative);
• the final school report for the 2025/2026 school year;
• a copy of the valid ISEE certificate;
• a statement confirming enrolment in the first year of upper secondary school.

3 – PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING THE STUDY GRANTS

In accordance with the regulations, the ranking list will be drawn up based on the sum of the scores obtained from:

• 50% based on academic merit, calculated from the average of the school results achieved during the relevant school year, with preference given to the highest results;
• 50% based on family income, with preference given to lower incomes, according to the following table. Income is calculated in accordance with the criteria established by the applicable ISEE regulations and pursuant to Article 3 of the current regulation governing the study grants in question.

The total budget of €3,000.00 may not be exceeded, except in the event of an increase resulting from unused funds from other calls for applications.

The individual study grant may not exceed €250.00. The study grants will therefore be allocated on a proportional basis, using a decreasing proportional method according to the number of applications, with amounts rounded up, according to the following formula:

Grant amount = €250.00 × (student's score / score of the student ranked first)

In the event of an equal score, priority will be given to:

• the student who achieved the higher merit score;
• in the event of a further tie, the younger student by age.

If the total amount of the grants exceeds the available budget of €3,000.00, the amounts of the individual grants will be proportionally adjusted by applying the corresponding percentage reduction.

If the number of applications is lower than expected and funds therefore remain unused, such funds may either be distributed proportionally among the applications submitted or used to finance other calls for applications, as provided for by Municipal Council Resolution No. 98/2026.

4 – VERIFICATION OF THE ACCURACY OF DECLARATIONS

Before proceeding with the payment of the merit grants, the accuracy and truthfulness of the declarations made in the applications by the successful applicants will be verified.

5 – PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data submitted by applicants will be processed by the Municipality of Gambara pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), as subsequently amended and supplemented, as well as pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR).

7 – PUBLICATION

The ranking list and the reference number of the beneficiaries (the protocol number issued when the application was submitted) will be published on the Municipality of Gambara's online Notice Board (Albo Pretorio) for 15 consecutive days.

How to apply

Applications must be submitted through the online service available on the Municipality's website or directly to the School Services Office. The application may be submitted by the parent, legal guardian or foster parent of the minor pupil.
