La richiesta può essere inoltrata da uno dei futuri sposi o da un delegato. Bisogna:
- inserire alcuni dati relativi ai futuri sposi e alcune informazioni relative al matrimonio che si intende celebrare;
Un funzionario dell'Ufficio Stato Civile prenderà in carico la richiesta e potrà approvarla, rifiutarla o richiedere integrazioni. Dopo la firma del verbale di pubblicazione, il Comune pubblicherà per 8 giorni sul proprio sito web istituzionale la pubblicazione di matrimonio.
Trascorsi almeno 11 giorni dalla pubblicazione il Comune elaborerà il certificato di pubblicazione del matrimonio, necessario per sposarsi. Il matrimonio potrà essere celebrato entro 180 giorni dalla data di pubblicazione dell'atto, trascorsi i quali la procedura verrà considerata scaduta e occorrerà ripresentare la domanda.
How to apply
The request can be made by one of the future spouses or by a proxy (delegato). It is necessary to:
- provide certain information about the bride and groom-to-be and about the marriage to be celebrated;
- pay the due amount.
A civil status registrar will take charge of the request and may approve it, reject it, or request additions. After the signature of the record of publication, the town hall will upload the publication of the marriage on its institutional website for 8 days.
At least 11 days after publication, the town hall will process the marriage publication certificate, which is necessary in order to marry. The marriage may be celebrated within 180 days from the date of publication of the record, after which the procedure will be considered expired, and it will be necessary to re-submit the application.
