Rilascio e rinnovo carta d'identità

Il servizio è rivolto a coloro che devono richiedere il rilascio o il rinnovo della carta d'identità (in scadenza o in seguito a smarrimento, furto o deterioramento).

Who it is intended for

The service is intended for anyone who has to request for the issuance or renewal of the identity card (due to expiration, loss, theft or deterioration).

La Carta di Identità Elettronica (CIE) può essere richiesta presso il proprio Comune di residenza o dimora a partire da 180 giorni prima della scadenza della propria carta d’identità o in seguito a smarrimento, furto o deterioramento.

Le carte di identità rilasciate su supporto cartaceo e le CIE rilasciate in conformità al decreto del Ministro dell’interno 8 novembre 2007 possono essere rinnovate anche prima del centottantesimo giorno precedente la scadenza.

La validità della CIE varia a seconda dell’età del titolare al momento della richiesta del documento; in particolare, la CIE scade al primo compleanno dopo:

• 3 anni dalla data di emissione per i minori che hanno meno di 3 anni di età;
• 5 anni dalla data di emissione per i minori con un’età compresa tra i 3 e i 18 anni.
• Per i maggiorenni la carta, ai sensi del Regolamento (UE) 2019/1157, ha una validità massima di 10 anni, pertanto scade dopo 9 anni più i giorni intercorrenti fra la data della richiesta e la data di nascita.

La CIE rilasciata a cittadini impossibilitati temporaneamente al rilascio delle impronte digitali ha una validità di 12 mesi dalla data di emissione del documento.

CARTA D'IDENTITA' PER MINORENNI

La Carta di Identità Elettronica (CIE) è un documento di riconoscimento che può essere rilasciato ai cittadini italiani minorenni fin dalla nascita.

I minori possono richiedere il documento valido per l’espatrio se entrambi i genitori sono presenti al momento dell’emissione della CIE.

La carta d’identità per minori ha le seguenti validità:

• 3 anni per i minori di 3 anni;
• 5 anni per i minori di età compresa fra 3 e 18 anni.

Description

The Electronic Identity Card (CIE) can be requested at your municipality of residence or abode from 180 days before its expiration date or after loss, theft, or deterioration.

Identity cards issued on paper and CIEs issued in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of the Interior of 8 November 2007 may also be renewed before the 180th day prior to expiration.

The validity of the CIE varies depending on the holder’s age at the time of the application for the document; in particular, the CIE expires on the first birthday after:

• 3 years from the date of issuance for children under 3 years of age;
• 5 years from the date of issuance for minors between 3 and 18 years of age.
• For adults, the card, in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2019/1157, has a maximum validity of 10 years, therefore it expires after 9 years plus the days between the date of application and the date of birth.

The CIE issued to citizens temporarily unable to be fingerprinted is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance of the document.

IDENTITY CARD FOR MINORS

The Electronic Identity Card (CIE) is an identification document that can be issued to minor Italian citizens from birth.

Minors may apply for the document valid for expatriation if both parents are present when the CIE is issued.

The identity card for minors is valid for:

• 3 years for minors under 3 years of age;
• 5 years for minors aged between 3 and 18 years.

Il cittadino dovrà:

• Recarsi presso il Comune di Gambara;
• Portare una fototessera recente in formato cartaceo;
• Se non si è già in possesso di una CIE, esibire un altro documento di identità in corso di validità (es. tessera sanitaria) o presentarsi con due testimoni;
• Consegnare il vecchio documento se si tratta di rinnovo o deterioramento;
• Consegnare all’operatore comunale il codice fiscale (presente anche sul retro della CIE);
• Verificare con l’operatore comunale i dati anagrafici presenti nell’anagrafe nazionale;
• Fornire, se lo desidera, indirizzi di contatto per essere avvisato circa la spedizione del documento;
• Indicare la modalità di ritiro del documento (consegna presso un indirizzo desiderato o ritiro in Comune) e comunicare un’eventuale persona delegata al ritiro;
• Procedere con l’operatore comunale all’acquisizione delle impronte digitali;
• Fornire, se lo desidera, il consenso o il diniego alla donazione degli organi;
• Firmare il modulo di riepilogo procedendo alla verifica finale sui dati.

IN CASO DI MINORI

A partire dai 12 anni compiuti al minore sono rilevate due impronte digitali e dovrà apporre la propria firma grafica sul documento.

Per i minori di 14 anni è possibile richiedere anche l’indicazione dei nomi dei genitori, o di chi ne fa le veci, sul retro del documento.

Le modalità di rilascio per i cittadini minorenni residenti in Italia sono le stesse riportate sopra.

What to do

The citizen shall:

• Go to Comune of Gambara;
• Bring a recent passport photo in paper format;
• If not already in possession of a CIE, present another valid identity document (e.g., health insurance card) or show up with two witnesses;
• Hand over the old document if it is being renewed or if it has deteriorated;
• Hand over to the municipal operator the tax code (also present on the back of the CIE);
• Check with the municipal operator the personal data in the national registry office;
• Provide, if you wish, contact addresses in order to be notified of the dispatch of your document;
• Indicate the method of collection of the document (delivery to a desired address or collection at the town hall) and communicate any person delegated to collect it;
• Proceed with the municipal operator to get your fingerprints;
• Provide, if you wish, your consent or refusal to organ donation;
• Sign the summary form proceeding to the final data check.

IN CASE OF ID FOR A MINOR

From the age of 12, the child is fingerprinted twice and must sign the document graphically.

For minors under the age of 14, it is also possible to request for the names of the parents, or legal guardian, to be indicated on the back of the document.

The procedures for the issuance of the document for minors resident in Italy are the same as those described above.

La carta d'identità emessa o rinnovata può essere consegnata presso un indirizzo desiderato oppure ritirata in Comune dopo almeno una settimana dalla procedura.

When and where to collect your identity card

The issued or renewed identity card can be delivered to a desired address or picked up at the town hall at least one week after the procedure.
